Justin Bieber was exiting a church premises on Wednesday night, when he accidentally hit one of the paparazzi men hounding him.

The star exited his car and rushed over to help the man to his feet.However,the man keep wincing out in pain.This comes after he was banned from China and also cancelled his World tour.
